Resources related to men and fathers that will assist practitioners, managers and service providers in their work and/or provide information and resources for families and family members. Suggestions for inclusions are always welcome at afrc@aifs.gov.au.

Engaging Fathers Program

The Engaging Fathers Program aims to promote the wellbeing of children from birth to eight years of age by engaging fathers and father-figures in the lives of children. it is located at the Family Action Centre, University of Newcastle, NSW. Information is available on the Father-Inclusive Practice Framework .

Father Times Newsletter

Father Times is an educational newsletter series designed to provide fathers and father figures of young children with quality information and ideas about healthy parenting and child development. It also is appropriate for mothers or other caregivers of young children.

Fathering After Separation

A program developed to enable community organisations across Australia to conduct groups for separated fathers.

Mensline
"Mensline Australia<link below> is a national telephone counselling support service for men with family and relationship issues. They also offer a range of resources available to support men and families from Indigenous, Arabic speaking, Vietnamese and young men’s communities.

The Men and Family Relationships Network (MFRN) provides practitioners working in Men and Family Relationship funded programs with the opportunity to exchange ideas, share practice wisdom, receive collegial support and challenge current practice and policy direction in the men's sector.

The Fatherhood Project aims for every father to be actively and lovingly engaged in their children's lives.
