These papers make a timely contribution to the current debate about how superannuation should be treated in property settlements. Findings about superannuation assets of divorcing couples are reported from the Australian Divorce Transition Survey. Authors of the papers are John Dewar, Professor of Law at Griffith University in Queensland, Grania Sheehan, Research Fellow and Jody Hughes, Research Officer at the Australian Institute of Family Studies.
