- What are the causes of child abuse and neglect?
- The costs of child abuse
- Addressing family violence as a whole: the relationship between child abuse and domestic violence
- Issues for special populations
- Single parent and step-parent families
- Rural/remote communities
- Preventing child abuse and neglect what are the key components
This will include a discussion of how attitudes to women, children and young people affect levels of violence, supporting children and families, and describe how the community may take action to address violence in families.
