Biography

Dr Angela Tidmarsh was appointed to the position of General Manager in 2008 to manage a range of functions including knowledge management, sharing and transfer; external relations and communications; media and publications; and alignment of parliamentary accountability systems.

Following a PhD in communications methodologies occurring at the intersection of psychoanalysis and literary theory, Angela has completed an Executive Masters in Public Administration at the Australian and New Zealand School of Government.

Angela has previously held a range of management positions in Australian and State government policy departments and regulatory agencies.  She has expertise in policy and legislative review, strategic and business planning, people and change management, knowledge development and transfer, internal and external communications and government relations.
