Biography

With over 7 years of clinical experience, Pauline has worked in a broad range of services, providing specialist case management to clients with complex needs, including those with co-occurring alcohol and other drug (AOD) and mental health issues. She has worked in the field of alcohol and other drug research for five years, and has extensive skills in the area of evaluation design, implementation and analysis, with particular interest in examining service system issues which impact on the capacity for quality service provision.
