The Certified Agreement 2006-2008 (as amended 3 March 2009)

• establishes terms and conditions of employment for Institute staff which will enable the Institute to achieve the key outcomes contained in its Strategic Plan and subsidiary plans.
• aims to provide a safe and healthy working environment where the individual differences, skills, talents and views of all staff are valued, and where people are encouraged to learn and develop and share their knowledge.

As of 1 March 2012 a new Enterprise Agreement will come into effect. Please contact us if you would like a copy of the new Enterprise Agreement to be sent to you.
