In order to inform the Northern Territory's review of child protection services, the Clearinghouse undertook to produce a report to provide an overview of current issues in child protection policy and practice.
This is the full contracted report developed by the Clearinghouse in order to inform the WA Gordon Inquiry into Response by Government Agencies to Complaints of Family Violence and Child Abuse in Aboriginal Communities. This work was used extensively throughout the Inquiry report, and was published in the Inquiry as an Appendix.
