FORM 2 - ETHICS APPROVAL CHECKLIST
It is important for your own and our accountability that your ethical approach is documented. If you write down all the ethical practices you have put in place, then our Ethics Committee can sign off on it and you will have a document in place that protects your project and all the people that participate in it.
Your SFLEX worker will be happy to help you with any part of this process.
